We understand that bank network errors or internet disconnects may occasionally occur during payment:

• Amount Deducted But Pass Not Activated: If funds are debited from your UPI, bank account, or credit/debit card, but the test pass is not activated due to a technical/gateway timeout, the deducted amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay and your issuing bank.
• Refund Timeline: Such automatic refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days as per standard Reserve Bank of India (RBI) banking guidelines.
• Duplicate or Multiple Purchases: If you accidentally pay twice for the same plan or transaction due to a network lag or technical glitch, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, upon verification, the newly purchased plan duration will be automatically added on (extended) to your existing active plan validity.

3 Subscription Cancellation

ScoreBoardLive test passes are valid for the explicitly purchased duration (7 Days or 28 Days). Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit authorization. You can choose whether or not to extend your pass when it expires.
